Payment and Refund Policy for Chennai Prometric

This Payment and Refund Policy governs all transactions made through the Chennai Prometric website. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read carefully before making any payments or requesting a refund.
- Payment Terms
1.1 Accepted Payment Methods
Chennai Prometric accepts payments for its services through the following methods:
- Credit cards and Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Rupay, etc.)
- Net banking via Indian banks
- UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
- Wallets (Razor pay, Paytm, Google Pay, etc.)
- Other online payment gateways as may be available
1.2 Currency
All payments on the Chennai Prometric platform will be processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
1.3 Payment Process
Upon selecting the service or subscription plan, you will be directed to a secure payment gateway where you must enter your payment details. Payments are processed in real-time. Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email and receipt of payment.
1.4 Subscription-Based Payments
If you are subscribing to a subscription-based service, the payment will be charged on a recurring basis until you cancel the subscription. Recurring payments will be billed monthly or annually (depending on your chosen plan). You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, but no refunds will be issued for payments already made.

2.1 Failed Payments
In case of a payment failure (e.g., due to insufficient funds, incorrect details, or failure to authenticate the transaction), you will be notified immediately. You must resolve the payment issue within 7 days to continue using the services. If the payment issue is not resolved within this period, your account or access to services may be temporarily suspended.
2.2 Payment Authorization
You must ensure that the payment method you provide is valid, and that there are sufficient funds or credit to complete the transaction. If a payment is unsuccessful, you will be required to update your payment method or select a different one.
2.3 Payment Gateway Issues
Chennai Prometric is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party payment gateways. If there is a technical issue or delay with the payment gateway, we encourage you to reach out to the respective payment provider for assistance.
- Security, Hacking, and Fraud Prevention
3.1 Security Measures
We use secure and encrypted payment methods to protect your payment data. However, in the event of any unauthorized access or hacking attempt on our platform or payment system, we will immediately take necessary steps to mitigate the issue. If there is a breach affecting your account or payment data, we will notify you as soon as possible.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and payment information. If you suspect any fraudulent activity or unauthorized access to your account, please contact us immediately at chennaiprometric@gmail.com. We will assist you in securing your account.
3.3 Liability for Fraudulent Transactions
In the event of a successful hack, fraudulent transaction, or unauthorized payment made using your payment method, Chennai Prometric will cooperate with relevant authorities and your bank to investigate the issue. However, we do not assume liability for any loss arising from such fraudulent activities.
- Repayment Policy
4.1 Repayment of Failed Transactions
In case of a failed payment (due to reasons such as network failure, expired card, etc.), you are required to initiate a new transaction to complete the payment. You will be notified via email and on your dashboard about the failure and the need for re-payment.
4.2 Re-payment Process
You can make a re-payment by logging into your account and following the instructions to process the payment again. - Refund Policy
5.1 Refund Eligibility
Refund requests will only be considered under the following conditions:
- If you were charged an incorrect amount or for a service you did not subscribe to.
- If you request a refund for a subscription within 7 days of the first payment, and the service has not been used (e.g., no courses accessed, no content downloaded, etc.).
- If there was a technical error or system malfunction that prevented you from accessing the services you paid for.
5.2 Non-Refundable Charges
The following services are non-refundable:
- Fees for digital content or downloadable material after they have been accessed.
- Payments for services rendered or courses already commenced.
- Subscription charges after the completion of the first payment cycle (monthly/annual) unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
5.3 Refund Process
To request a refund, you must:

- Order ID/Invoice Number
- Reason for refund
- Proof of payment
- Account details
Upon receiving your refund request, we will evaluate your eligibility based on the above conditions. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used during the original transaction.
5.4 Refund to Bank Accounts
Refunds will be issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase. If the original payment was made via bank transfer or UPI, refunds will be processed to the same bank account. If the payment was made via card or wallet, refunds will be credited to the same card or wallet account.

6.1 Bank Account Information
For refunds processed via bank transfer, we will require the following bank details from you:
- Account Holder Name
- Bank Name
- Branch Name and IFSC Code
- Account Number
Please note that any delay in providing correct bank details may lead to delays in processing your refund.
6.2 International Payments
If payments are made from outside India, any applicable conversion fees or charges imposed by your bank or payment provider will be borne by you. Refunds for international transactions will be subject to foreign exchange rates at the time of processing.

Chennai Prometric reserves the right to modify this Payment and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through email or a notification on the website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
